Daniel Schwartz has been named partner at Gislason & Hunter Lawyers at Regulation. The New Ulm Area Chamber of Commerce’s Willkommen committee just lately visited Schwartz to congratulate him.

Schwartz has a concentrated knowledge as a small business legal professional. He started his profession with a significant Minneapolis-dependent regulation business, representing financial institutions, cooperatives and other businesses in the places of mergers and acquisitions, personal placements, individual bankruptcy and creditors’ remedies, secured transactions, organization development, company governance and professional litigation.

He later left the metropolis for the option and privilege to operate as company counsel for his family’s regional agribusiness. He represented the company in link with genuine estate and asset acquisitions, contract negotiation and drafting, neighborhood and condition permitting, regulatory audits and internal compliance.

Drawing on his wide and diverse experience, Schwartz understands and appreciates the hazards and selections companies confront for the duration of the study course of a transaction or lawsuit. He is just as cozy in the boardroom as he is in the courtroom preserving and advancing his clients’ passions.

Schwartz obtained a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude, from the College of St. Thomas in 2005 and a juris physician diploma, magna cum laude, from the College of Minnesota Legislation School in 2008.

He was named a “Minnesota Tremendous Attorneys Mounting Star” in 2015 and 2016.
