Hogan Lovells has appointed three new counsels in Spain. They’re Alejandro Moscoso del Prado (pictured centre left), Enrique de Pablos (pictured proper) and Eugenio Vázquez (pictured centre proper), who concentrate on tax, company/M&A and litigation, respectively.
Moscoso del Prado holds a level in regulation and enterprise administration and administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has been working at Hogan since 2013. He specialises in worldwide tax planning and firm reorganisation and acquisition operations, each nationwide and worldwide.
De Pablos, who has been with Hogan since 2019, has a regulation diploma from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas Icade and has greater than 10 years of expertise advising on all forms of industrial issues, along with his major specialisation being M&A transactions, recommendation on company governance and company restructurings.
Vázquez holds a regulation diploma from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and joined Hogan in 2011 after a quick expertise at Cuatrecasas. He specialises in representing giant corporations, each nationwide and worldwide, in civil and industrial authorized proceedings.
