Course Details:

Week 1 – Hatha Yoga: Begin by exploring yoga’s roots, its history, and the four paths of Bhakti, Raja, Karma, and Jaana yoga. Dive into daily 90-minute Hatha yoga sessions, focusing on sequences, adjustments, alignment techniques, and basic human anatomy and Yogic Philosophy. Wind down each day with relaxing practices like restorative yoga.

Week 2 – Ashtanga Yoga: Discover the eight limbs of yoga, foundational aspects of Ashtanga, and engage in daily 90-minute practice sessions. Learn about sequencing, alignment, effective communication, detailed human anatomy, Yogic Anatomy covering chakras and the energetic body, and end the day with reflective practices.

Week 3 – Vinyasa Flow: Immerse yourself in the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow through daily practice sessions, learning sequencing techniques, basic principles of Ayurveda and yoga therapy, preventing injuries, teaching methods, and understanding the business side of yoga. Wrap up each day with reflective practices.

Last 3 Days: Participate in teaching practicums within small groups, collaboratively preparing classes in your preferred style. Experienced instructors will offer constructive feedback, aiding in your growth as a yoga teacher. The course concludes with a graduation ceremony, celebrating your transformative journey.
